Challenge

Delivery drivers relied on fragmented tools to manage orders, routes, and delivery confirmations. This led to inefficiencies, delayed deliveries, and limited operational visibility for logistics teams.

Approach

  • Conducted workflow mapping with drivers and operations teams

  • Identified friction points in dispatching, route management, and proof-of-delivery

  • Designed streamlined task flows for pickups, deliveries, and status updates

  • Worked closely with engineering to ship an MVP and iterate on the experience

Key Design Decisions
