The existing delivery management system lacked clarity and scalability. Operations teams struggled to monitor deliveries, manage drivers, and access real-time logistics data efficiently, resulting in operational delays and fragmented workflows.

Mapped operational workflows to identify bottlenecks in delivery monitoring and driver management
